Post up carnage

My Stock 150,000mi block in the 10's Broke in half. This was a good running motor, I had a ton of fun with it.

Man, I got lucky. All these other broken cranks took out the transmissions. Mine broke at part throttle under little boost, and when the crank broke, it just twisted and siezed. The trans was fine, and I think the block is still good. My car was only running low 12's at the time, but was raced by the previous owner. When I tore it down, the center main cap bolts were hydraulic locked, so improper torque led to the carnage. The breaings were all wore at opposite ends like the crank was flexing down. I wondered why the car ate up 3 turbos in 2 seasons.
