Im not sure this is correct place to ask this but i would like to learn how to post pictures and powereloggs and have no idea how to do this,any instructions much appreciated,thanks Gene.

At the bottom of the text box there is a yellow button, besides it is one that says upload a flle. Hit that then select the file you want to add.
