Power antenna hook up help

I have an Alpine 7618 car stereo hooked up to a rebuilt factory antenna. The issue I am having is when the BLUE wire from the radio is connected to the PINK of the car, the antenna and radio work fine on acc. But when the car is running the antenna goes down and will not operate and the radio has no volume. The radio is on but no audio. When the blue/pink wires are disconnected the radio works fine but no antenna for obvious reasons.

Please any suggestions.

Is it possible the radio has an option to turn on or off speakers wired to radio for systems that are running external amplifiers only? If so is it not putting out voltage to the blue remote wire when ignition is on because an option on radio is wrong?
