I noticed that the passengers side of the reservoir is lower than the drivers side. I do see evidence of leakage somewhere beneath the reservoir/pump area. Is there a dye that can be added to the reservoir to help pinpoint the culprit of the leak?

most likely its the pump cap that the pressure hose connects to
the cap is aluminum and corrosion can creep in to the seal surface on the inside
cap is held by a wire snap ring in a groove in the housing
cap has to be pushed in with a clamp to get the ring released ,
once the cap is off theres usually corrosion on the inner face, that needs to be resurfaced
rub it on sheet of 600 sandpaper on a flat surface with some oil , then buff the scratches from the face so it smooth
the rubber seal in the housing seal needs to be cleaned (soap and water )and reused as theres no replacement available
if its the pump to motor inner seal it might be time for a vac conversion

The passenger side reservoir on a powemaster is supposed to be lower when the system is charged. Depressurize the system by tapping on the brake pedal until hard. Check fluid.

missed that brad , its possible your leak is from overfill that rises when pedal is depressed and splilled out the back edge
start by turning key on , powermaster pump should cycle then go off , remove excess fluid from engine side of reservoir
then key off depress pedal10 times and check fluid level . theres a gauge for proper fill in the rear inside the reservoir
its an L shaped casting , base of the L is the low mark top of the L is the full mark
turn key on and the pump should stop with fluid level about 1/2" to 3/4" visable at front of reservoir

Current level. I have not done anything with the pumping of the pedal yet.

has the pump been run (turn key on)?
if so thats way overfilled and just about at the level it should be after key off and pushing pedal to floor 10 times

they put that sticker "do not overfill read directions " on the side for a reason .

Ok so remove some fluid, then key on until pump turns off. Turn key off, then pump pedal 10 times then adjust fluid to above picture?
