Power Master noise

Not looking to switch out power master. Anyone heard this noise before? Only makes the noise when brake pedal is applied. Stops and brakes fine. No brake light.

No this is a street car with A/C and all the factory stuff that probably runs 8's.

I've worked on and rebuilt a handful of Power Masters.
I've never heard that before.
First thing to do is isolate the noise (pump, motor, master, switch, accumulator) with a mechanics stethoscope.
Let us know what you find.
