power mirrors and seat memory problem

I have no power mirrors and no seat memory. The seat moves as well as the mirrors when I push one of my key fobs but not the other. The seat will move with the power seat buttons but can't set it to memory. The passenger mirror will tilt in reverse still. Can any one help me out? thanks gofastsix@hotmail.com

You will to have the BCM (body control module) scan for codes. it the easies way to fine the problem. anyone with a snap-on mt2500 scanner can pull the code from the BCM.

check under the seat, and make sure NO OBJECT is jam under the seat and motors. sound like it may be a seat switch issue.
