power plates

[83 intercooled]

I just wanted to know is powerplates worth the money heard people say they gained hp by taking their off how true is that is it worth keepin in or take it out thanks

The plates have been used into the 9's.

Pre-meth, I could squeak out one more lb of boost (18 psi vs 17 PSI) on 93 octane & a TT street chip after I installed a plate.

They work.

My understanding that the power plate is designed to improve the charge flow and help diminish the knock events.
As for H.P.- less timing retard= more H.P.

I have them,cannot say I have back to back tested but alot of cars faster than me have them,so good enough for me
