Power seat not moving???

The T I just bought had a broken power seat switch and I replaced it with a used one from a board member. Now the seats relay will click but the motor dont move the seat unless I keep messing with the switch then it will finally move. Its on the 86 t type. Is this a bad connection at the motor or is there something wrong with the used switch. Im thinking its in the motor as the relay will click. Any thoughts before I tear into it?

If you can hear the motor humming too than it's most likely a broken coupler. GBodyParts.com Online

No motor hum. Just a solonoid or relay click. Then after moving the switch back and forth I can get it to work, then not.
