Power seats vs non power seats

Is there and difference in the seat? Can you swap a non power seat on to a power seat base/track?

no difference in seat , just different tracks

There is a metal tab on the driver seat from that sticks out so you can mount the trim piece on the side to it. All seats have the whole but they need that little metal tab on it for the power seat trim. Everything else just bolts to the bottom.
