Yeah, thats what happened at the local station when I got my hands on an electric vehicle and plugged it in after I "tweaked" it. I told them I was sorry.....

I'm not positive, but I think that video is from the company that I work for (Nevada Power). It's floated around internally for several months now.
I don't know the story behind it, but I'm inclined to think it was a forced trip, due to the fact the camera was filming the action.
