Powerlogger and stock chip

Does anyone have a Powerlogger installed on a turbo Buick with a stock chip?

Why would anyone want to? A car with a stock chip shouldn't be driven much less flogged.

That's the popular myth. GM did a lot of research and development to get the stock chip to work like crap. When they got it to a certain level of crappiness,they put them in every car.
