Of course you can. It's a pretty common part.

where do i get just the master cylinder only not the powermaster unit

The master cylinder for the PowrMaster is UNIQUE, it is NOT a common part. For example, the pressure switch screws into the top of the cylinder, to control the pump. The ports for the accumulator and the hoses are "oddball" too. Maybe B Weavy can supply a master cylinder, and/or a rebuild kit.

Why not just buy a rebuild kit from GM and rebuild yours. The cylinder bores of the pm master cylinder are anodized, so the only reason for throwing it away is if the bore is pitted. The bore doesn't require honing, just cleaning with some brake clean and assemble with a brake assembly fluid. Very straight forward procedure.
