Powermaster Rebuild Kit

Does a Powermaster rebuild kit exist? Who sells & whats the cost? Looks like my unit has an internal leak.Have already replaced the switch & pressure reservoir.

Yes, one exist. I'm holding one in my hand and it's Genuine AC/Delco. Seems like I paid around 30 dollars for it.

I had a internal leak on an old t-type of mine about 10 years ago. I went to the dealer to get parts, and the dealer took my name number. By the time I got home a Buick rep called me to ask about my problem. The next day I had a package with all parts to repair the leak at no charge! So there is (or at least was) a kit to repair this internal leak.

The kit that I have(which is like two months old) has many different o-rings, two different length pistons, the check valve, and the large snap ring that holds the piston in. Should have everything you need to fix it right up!

Not really. I need to tear mine down for the same reason as you do. Just make a trip to a local dealership and give that part #. It will take a day or two for them to get it in, but not a big deal. I did make a mistake in the price though. I gave 55 for it. Sorry about that. I had to find the receipt. I had a friend from a GM dealership pick it up for me.

Is it true about how much the preasure switch cost? I don't need one, but was told that it's expensive from GM.

I can't remember how much the pressure sw cost,but I don't think it was cheap.The dealer changed it for me as part of a campaign.They would not let me chg the switch myself.I had to bring them the car.
