Powerplate egr ?

just recieved rjc power plate (thanks Jason) but it dosn't have a hole in it for thr egr, my ? is what happens if I don't drill the hole do I fail emmisions throw other sensors off, we have emissions here and i already have a hard time passing it. my car had a soacer on it already that was 1/2 blocking the hole and had a oily build up around it .

Yes I was told you need that to pass. Start with a small bit and work up tp 3/8 it is a lot easyer doing it that way
