I RECENTLY SENT MY 4 PUMP IN FOR A RESTALL TO A ZERO PUMP.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I RECEIVED TOP NOTCH FOLLOWUP
FROM PRECISION. I CALLED THEM FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER. AND SENT IT IN.
THEY CALLED ME PERSONALLY TO INFORM ME OF THE STATUS
AND ANSWERED ALL THE SOMETIMES DUMB QUESTIONS THAT I HAD AND TURNED IT AROUND IN TWO DAYS.
I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD WORDS FOR THE FOLKS THAT MAKE AND SERVICE THE ONE AND ONLY "VIGILANTE"

Thats good news. I have a vigilante 3200. I like knowing they have good customer service, I may have to send mine in someday.
