Primary fan Secondary fan ?

I just installed a new Alradco system with the dual fans , all I can say WOW they work great in keep the car cool now , now question, I have manual switch to turn on one fan on and the other fan is computer controled , are they a preference on which side runs primary ds or ps fan or does it matter , I got the primary side on the ds and the secondary is ps . I am referring this when the ac is off just normal driving around .

If the fans are the same, the drivers side fan will do the most cooling.
