Where can I buy a tool to prime the oil pump after changing the heads,cam,lifters,timming chain and intake?

Just pack it with vaseline. Use the battery to spin over the engine with the plugs out, and ign disabled. You should see the oil pressure guage begin to read with in seconds.
 
If you've already assembled it without the vaseline, you can get a "funnel" from Checker/Schucks that is a clear tube with a valve on one side that fits a quart of oil. You disconnect the oil cooler hose (Believe it's the lower on the radiator) and slip that clear hose over it, attach your quart of oil, open valve and turn engine backwards (either at crank or if your serp. belt is on you could turn the alternator) until you suck in at least a 1/2 quart. Button everything back up and then crank without the orange ecm + wire connected 'til you see some oil psi. funnel was around $3.....
