Printer Question ???

I have a Lexmark X 83 and I refilled 2 color cartridges and now neither one will print the blue color. Do you think its the cartridges or a problem with my printer. If I thought it was the cartridge I would go buy another one but their $ 35.
Any ideas??

I have had a similar problem when I refill. I ended up wetting a paper towel with warm water and wiping the end of the cartridge a lot, then let the cartridge sit on a folded wet towel for a while. After it's been sitting, I run the clean head cycle a couple of times, walk away, and within a few hours the ink starts to flow again.
