I have tried to mount my B&M Pro Stick and still keep my center console. I cannot make this work!!!! When mounted in the stock location, the lever hits my gauges under the radio. Does anyone have pics of a custom type installation? I'm trying to make this look like a clean installation.....

It's the same thing with the Quarter Stick, they just have a long throw when they're in park. My install looks about as factory as it gets but because of the long throw I can't use the center console pod.

Not sure if I'll be any help or not. I installed mine years ago. I do remember running into this problem, but can't really remember how I remedied it. I believe I just moved the shifter back a half inch or so. This picture is probably worthless to you, but it can't hurt. Good Luck.

The shifter can be moved back, or the whole console can be moved backjust enough to get the clearance. Had to move the console when I installed my Turbo Action shifter.

Starter kill for everything other than P & N

Where do you guys tap into for starter kill when the car is in gear?

I was looking at the steering column and I see where the ignition switch runs in, but those are some pretty thick wires. I would think I would need some sort of relay.

Can anyone advise of the wire to tap directly into the neutral switch on the b&M shifter?

If i remember correctly it was a purple wire. I use a Turbo Action shifter which is equipped with a HD ball activated switch which has matching gauge wires. If you use the small micro switch i would certainly use a relay.
