problems when I try to boost

Hey guys when I try to get to WOT my car makes a loud pop that looks like it goes back through my intake. I just installed 80LB. injectors with matching TT chip and a scanmaster I have no faults or knocks when this happens. If I slowly boost it will hold the boost but if I punch it it pops then I let off and it still will boost slowly. Im still trying to figure out what psi I should have for 80lb. injectors if anyone can help me with this issue and what I should look for?no visible cracks in the manifold, stock intercooler, non stock turbo but not sure what it is. built motor.

AF is usually at 4 at idle what do u recommend?
