I make my order on the 14th on Wednesday. Without calling, or emailing they make a scheduled appointment on Friday and their truck is there. They never called me to confirm if that was an OK date. Obviously, it wasn’t ready by then. Ok, that wasn’t too bad, they said they will reschedule for Sunday/Monday. I call them Monday and asked about the status, they said it will be picked in within the next day. I call Tuesday, they tell me a truck is in the area and will be picking it up Wednesday. Well, I call Wednesday and they transfer on over to “dispatch”. They tell me the car will not arrive until next Tuesday, but there is a guy in the area ready to pick it up. The seller tells me the car was never picked or, nor did he receive a call. So, I call Thursday and Nationwide sends me over to dispatch again. Dispatch says, “Oh, that wasn’t picked up. An axle in our truck broke and wasn’t sent, I read the order wrong”. Frustrated, I call Nationwide again and he tells me, “Yeah, that’s right, I am in the file now and it says that it’s been rescheduled for tomorrow to be picked up, it should arrive within a day or so within pickup”. I don’t know why he couldn’t tell me that in the first place. I call the seller today, he received no phone call. Nationwide again sends me to dispatch. Dispatch tells me it won’t be picked up until next MONDAY, and arrive at the latest of Thursday. Very angry, I call Nationwide again and they told me they never made any claims about picking it up today and arriving in a day or so.
I was going to go with trustytransport at first, but no one would ever answer the phone. The 3-5 days transport and really good price attracted me to go with these guys. I have had NO car for almost two weeks now. It is very frustrating since I work forty hours a week with school. With more bad luck my current car stopped working Tuesday. I can go with borrowing my dads vehicle, but I don’t know how long it can go on. I am thinking I will have to rent a car. Along with the horrible service, every time I talk to these guys it seems like they are in a hurry to hang up the phone. The guys seem to hurry me along in the conversation and end it with a lot of mumbling and a quick hang up.
Horrible service.
