i got my propain installed and i must say it is a vey nice kit and a piece of cake to install. i have a couple of questions though. i know to start with i need a heater for the tank. now, my first question is about the gauges. what should they be reading. my second question is about the knob on the regulator. is that to adjust pressure . if i turn the knob in or out the gauges read the same. thanks in advance. jeff:D

You need to activate the system (solenoid open) in order to read the new pressure after you adjust it.

You don't need a heater if the lowest temp of the day still gives the minimum inlet pressure that you want to use.

Yeah what I would do is turn on the PPCC and use a handpump to trigger it.

You can also turn the valve off and see if your pressure bleeds down over time. Mine does and I may have a minor leak thru the solenoid and it reflects the adjusted pressure if I wait a few hrs.
