Who manufactures propane injection kits for TRs? Past or present. Are these strictly vapor injection? Is there such a thing as a liquid injection kit for TRs?

This was a technology that the GN community played with ~ eight years ago but never really caught on. Try searching the performance diesel sites.

OGS sold a kit that I designed. Only about 35 of them were sold and probably 10 of those went to non Buick owners.

It was a vapor system.. I could not get consistent results with liquid for a couple of different reasons.

Do you care to share what the reasons were and where you were having difficulty?

It was just difficult to keep a consistent delivery. I thought the vapor system worked pretty well so I didnt see any reason to keep fiddling with the liquid system.

Are there any kits out there, either on the market or a DIY, that successfuly and consistantly inject liquid propane after the turbo? Seems like the phase change occuring inside the intake, intercooler or up pipe along with the added octane would be of extreme benefit.

Has anyone succesfully implemented a liquid propane injection system in a gasoline forced induction application?

I have an original OGS Propane kit still new in the box, untouched. Wanna trade for alky?

I have one on my White Car, but since I run E-85 I don't use it. Anyway my experiences are this:

Previous owner installed it and had the car set @ 22 psi, this was with a street chip for 93 and 18 deg chip. Car was ok but it is really easy to go rich with propane even with the smallest jet. Understand that my car is stock, injectors, IC, etc..

I'm fairly sure that most people that have had great sucess with propane were running timing numbers way north or 18 degs. Propane is 108 octane and unlike ALKY all the of the propane is used as additional fuel. Like any high octane fuel more timing is the ticket.

A progressive controller for the Propane would be awesome.
