hey robert, i just wanted to post this on the forum to show how a stand up guy does business. back in may i purchased 2 regal doors from psiedv6 in california for 400 dollars plus 210 dollars shipping to michigan. robert sent them fed ex, packaged them very securley, and sent them to me. then fed ex screwed every thing up from there, they lost one door for about 2 months, it traveled all over the ****ing planet, then back to robert in cal. completely destroyed. the other door made it to me but was handled roughly and wound up with a dent in it from shipping but i was willing to fix since i have been a bodyman for 25 years. fed ex was horrible to deal with throughout the entire claim process that took months for robert to get through and they finally returned him the money. robert sent me back 560 dollars to cover my loss of one door, one damaged door, and shipping cost. he wound up taking the hit on the whole thing, plus the hours of dealing with fed f*cking ex and claims, so i gotta say that not many people would do that to make things right for someone that lives on the other side of the country that they never met,so i owe you one robert and thanks. if i can ever help you out from my end, just call, you have my number. threerail....

Thanks for the kind words and the patience, Rob :) and if you need anything out this way, I will do my best to help you out.

As far as FedF**kingEx, it is the worst to deal with for shipping claims, but I have used them a few other times through my father-in-law for the FedF**kingEx Air and so far so good and DHL is pretty damb good also.

thanks
Robert

yup, Robert is a cool dude to do business with. Also cool to kick the shizzle with :D I hate fed ex, I sent 2 doors a year ago, one got there damaged, but repairable, one got there f'd up really bad. Had to deal with fed ex the same way for 3 months to get a check with my name spelled wrong!!
paid the guy in full too. Same story recently, sent two doors, one got there perfect, one got there with just a minor bend in the innter side of the door where the door panel buttons up, no biggie but the buyer wanted a claim on them, I did'nt go for that since the door was not damaged beyond your hand being able to pull the thing straight  , the moral of the story is fed ex sucks me off, I wont ship doors anymore, and Robert is a stand up guy. Thank you, good night, back to my miller high life!!!

Yes, Robert (psiedv6) is a very stand-up dude, but that's only natural, he's out of the Southwestern sector. J/K, as there are stand-up dudes through out all walks of life, and probably all formus, even the import forums.
