PST Upper control arm bushings

I bought a set of PST polygraphite bushings for my rear control arms. The machine shop that I took the uppers to have the bushings installed could not get the front bushings in, he said the control arms were bending. I called PST to verify that I had the correct set. I bought the PST kit number 7-225 and the bushing is part number C-64037. All 8 bushings are the same number. Just wanted to see if anyone has had a issue with this kit. I had PST bushings in my last GN and had no issues getting them in.
Also, what is the best method to install the bushings on the rear end?

If you have the right bushings find a new shop... if they are the correct part any shop worth this salt should be able to do this.

As far as installing in the rearend you will never get better advice than this, get the HR Parts &stuff tool made just form this.

Or buy the cheap tool and then buy the HR tool.... ask me how I know this.

I would say good luck but with the HR tool you do not need any luck, only about 5 minutes and an impact driver.

I took the control arms to another shop....they got the bushings in! I guess the other shop had no experience, I'll take my lowers to the same shop.
I did get the HR tool in the mail ( ordered last week but still wanted some input from others about the tool). The tool did not do well removing, I had to burn the bushing then cut up the bushing shell. The tool did help installing the new bushings. I think I should have sprayed PB blaster on the old bushings a week prior to removing. The shell was just seized to the housing ears. But they are in and all good. I appreciate the info. Thanks.
