PT-61 STALL Converter Question

I have a pt-61 with the PT big 3 bolt Exhaust housing they say 3200 stall is this Brake stall at Boost or Flash Stall.

From my understanding it is brake stall. I went with a 3200 stall 9/11 from PTS in my car.

A true 3200 stall is one that when you can brake boost the car and the tires start to give or the car starts to move forward at 3200 rpms. I run an Art Carr 9" non lockup 3200 converter with this turbo and it spools instantly with the gas pedal.
