pte chip question

i just bought 50# injectors from pte last weekend. included with the injectors was a pte 50# 20* street chip. does anyone have experience with this chip? i know nothing about it.

I don't have the 20* street chip, but if it is anything like my 23* 100 U/L chip or 26* race chip, it is on the lean side down low to help spool up. The 23* chip also seems to have a lean cruise as I think my mpg went up going from the stock chip & injectors to the 50's and Joe's chip. I think you need to put it in and tune it up.

i was just wondering about the general quality of the chip. i wanted to make sure it will be a good chip for my dayly driven car. my mods are te-44,thdp,340 pump, 50# inj. ported heads,etc.

It is a good chip for pump gas 93 octane. Good street manners..

PTE Chips

That chip should have 20* of timing in it. Joe Lubrant builds an excellent street chip. We went 12.12@118mph with that chip in street trim. Hope that helps.

I have some pte chip questions to. I just bought some 50's and they came with 2 chips.The guy that had them had a stock turbo and I have 63 will they still work or will i need new ones.also the race chip say convertor lock up but i have a non lock up will it still work.The street chip says PTE Street 93 50# inj. 20* 70-75%D.C.
The race chip says
Race 110+ 50# inj. 26* 80% D.C. 40# 65mph F. TCC. and the 40# is underlined. thanks sorry for high jakin your thread.
