How hard is this thing to install? Was thinking about doing this and shift kit at same time, in the near future.....

Not hard at all.You might need another helper to hold in the assembly while you reinstall the c-clip though.

It can be a bitch. Take your time and don't get discouraged if it doesn't go in the first time.
I had a tough time getting it lined up and in straight.
