before i put my precision TE44 turbo on i measured the wastegate hole on the exhaust side and the puck in the stock elbow.
the hole was ~.989" and the puck was ~1.130".
is the puck big enough to keep the hole covered?
i am having a problem with not being able to see any boost past 15psi. actually, i was at 18psi for a few weeks and then with no changes i started seeing no more than 15psi.
i turned the BstC off and installed a manual boost controller, exactly like the RJC racing one between the comp housing and wastegate. with the manual controller cranked down i still dont see anytihng past 15psi.
does this lead to the puck not sealing? no exhaust leaks or vacuum leaks.
