Kirbans carries them in pairs or look in the "parts for sale" on this forum..don't use the pull strap to close the door. Use the arm rest to pull it shut.

Get a 'kit' that comes with two screws and two plastic inserts that hold license plats in place. If you just go back with a screw it will happen again VERY soon. Even peening the metal back down don't help. It's fatigued and honestly not strong enough when new when you think about just how heavy our doors are.

Or, get one of those threaded rivet tools and convert over to machine screws.
 
I welded a nut to the door and bolted it on, cheap if you have a MIG. Nutsert it as earlbrown suggested if not
