Pulley Swap?

What would be the best pulley size to upgrade to on a daily driver with out any fuel modifications.I Have a powerprogrammer and a few suspension mods but other wise stock.01 Regal GS.

Most will drop from the stock 3.8" pulley down to a 3.4" pulley. However, before doing that, it is recommended to open up the exhaust a little (3" downpipe mainly) and run some colder plugs.

I Like Your Mods.. Your Regal is one of the best Examples of what can be done to these cars.A little over the top for my needs but 300 to 350 WHP would keep me and law enforcement happy.

How much boost increase should I expect to see changing to a 3.4 pulley and 3inch DP? You mentioned colder plugs, do you have a recommendation on what plug to use?

Would like to get to 300hp. Any other upgrades needed besides these mentioned and a K&N?

Autolite 605's are a range colder, and 104's are 2 ranges colder. The 605's should be good.

300 HP, I assume you mean crank HP. You might think about getting some higher ratio rockers as well. Check ZZPerformance's site, they have a few options.

So with a 3.4 pulley, you wouldn't need to mess with the computer at all? Just get a bigger downpipe?

Correct. Getting a reprogrammed PCM would help, but not totally necessary.

I hope you meant 1.9 rockers. Stock is 1.6.

BTW, I'm shooting for 475 crank hp this weekend.
