Of course I react before I read! I sent you a couple of questions on the cooler and hanger

Rubber is good on the exhaust hanger, not bad for a 23 year old part, slight cracking but nothing to be concerned about.

Everything you see on the cooler is included. Top part wraps around top of radiator, altered it a bit to work with my aluminum radiator. bottom two studs you have to drill holes in the bottom of the radiator support. Goes in between the rad and condenser, it is a GM part.

Converter is advertised as 2800 stall, will get shipping quote to you tomorrow.

If I don't hear back from jack44130 by morning I will consider him out and exhaust hanger and polished overflow container will go to next in line. He is online but did not reply to my PM to him.

BTW, on the stock coolant tank, I installed a low level sensor in it for when I used to run a do it yourself alky kit. Just needs to have a couple wires hooked up to it and use the water level position in your dash to show if your coolant is low.
