Putting new ds header on today...need some help

First of all I would like to use a gasket for this ds header just to make sure it doesn't leak...which gasket should I use and where should I get it? I see autozone sells a felpro gasket for like 19 bucks or something...is this the one i want? also what are the exact header bolt torque settings? anyone know? thanks

what brand hedders are you using,new cross over?

If you can find some felpro 1200's go and buy them. If not go to autozone and by the ones they have there. Get a strait edge and make sure the header flange is flat. If not file on it until it is or you will have some exhaust leaks. I wouldn't worry about torquing the bolts down. Just make sure there all pretty tight. I've done it that way for years with no problems.

new postons ds header and i am using the stock crossover pipe still...nothing wrong with it

guess i will just torque the bolts tight then
