Its not a stupid queston.. yes it will full feed the electrical system at 10psi.. its good for the injectors, fuel pump.. anything electrical... gives you about 15.7 volts once activated..

Its pretty much straight forward install... takes about 5 minutes .. I think it came with instructions...
