dont use urethane
its butyl, you can buy it on a roll, 3m window ribbon

on a warm day with the window facing the sun you can just remove the quick nuts from inside and push the window out

Wax the hell out of the car and tape some paper under the window if you do it on a warm day. If some miniature strings of that goo decide to leave spiderwebs on your paint you'll be hating life for a few hours.
