Question about front spring insulators

I saw in another post somebody asking about front spring insulators. I wasn't aware there were insulators for the front springs. Somebody listed a part number of 15597425. Do spring insulators on the front come stock? I thought the spring just sat inside the upper control arm. Can someone enlighten me?

Every car has them. They are on the top of the springs and you cant see them unless you peek into the spring pocket on the frame. You will also see some teeth that position the spring correctly on the frame.
