Question about Kenne Bell hood mounted F/P gauge

I have one on my car and recently the gauge went bad and don't read at all now and I know at one point these were pretty popular. I know some had to try and fit autometer gauges in them...

Will a Autometer gauge fit inside the Kenne Bell hood mounted housing?

I thought they were a stewart warner or vdo gauge made for him.I would just measure it up.Hope this helps

Yeah this one is a VDO gauge.... Taken apart now....
