Questions about turbo parts on NA

I have a 3.8 NA on a railbuggy, and I'm always looking for cheap horsepower.

Is there much difference in the turbo heads compared to the NA heads? And would I benefit from useing the turbos?

Same question about the turbo cam. Is it different than the NA cam? Better?

The heads are the same. The cam is not that much different.

About the only difference is the crank and pistons and they won't make more HP.

Either go with a 4-barrel intake/carb (if you haven't already) or add a turbo.
