questions on turbo link

ive hooked my turbo link to my wifes 90 olds 3.8l fwd, its shows 49.2 volts on ignition, is this right? also has QDM1,2,3 and sometimes 4 failure. can somebody help me with this? thanks

Make sure it isn't showing ALDL mode ... is this v4? V3? V2?
