Quickest time on a chip??

What is the quickest anyone has gone with the stock ECM and a chip?

I am sure guys have gone 9s with it .. Melissa's GN went 9.94 @ 138+ in STREET trim but I know there are faster ones out there .. walk in the park .. starts right up ..cruises nice.. to race ya pull in the lanes and go :biggrin: Chips have come a LONG way

I think Red Armstrong and the rest of his followers run chips. But they custom burn them at the track.

I think Red ran mid 9s with his car in TSE in BG.

Cool, I was wondering if anybody had been 8's yet. I went the times in my sig on a very mild tune, blowing through the converter. I have a FAST sequential I had planned on using, but I think i'll skip all the headaches and stick with the chip!!

I know Red's been 9.3x @ 147+ with his chip and Raptor MAF.

Dave Poppe has been mid-9's through the stock MAF from what I'm told. I saw some of his passes this year @ B.G. but didn't check him out in the pits any.

Terry Houston was low-mid 9's years ago as well.
