Here is my question..would unplugging the relay for the radiator fan on the driver's side fender keep the fan (or fans in my case) from going to high speed? My car is running a bit hot with the AC on...about 195-205 while putting around in traffic. Granted it's 100 degrees out, but it was running much cooler in the spring. I did unplug the relay a month ago or so because the damn fans ran so long with the car off and I was worried that my battery would die on me. Everything else is good. I have a really good radiator with extra rows, 160 thermostat, and the ram chargers fans. I plugged it back in and will compare next time I take it out. I was just wondering if that could be it?

Are the racetronix fans hotwired with someones hotwire kit? If so, they are probably wired to run on high all the time.

So my fans are only 1 speed, so I don't need to worry about that. Looks like I had a bad connection on the low speed relay and they were not always coming on. I'll be taking it out tonight and will monitor.

Took it out and never saw anything over 185. It was about 102 degrees outside. Looks like my problem was just a dirty connection to the low speed relay.
