Does anyone know if the stock Regal radiator and the GN radiator are the same except for the oil cooler? I am looking for a cheap way to replace my corroded radiator. (on a budget for now)

I don't think they are the same, the regular V6 is much smaller like the 84-85. I think the V8 are 2 core. If I were you I will ask the local radiator shop how much they charge to recore your old radiator to a four- core, I had mine done a few years ago. They used my old tanks and put a brand new four core and the cost was around $120.00. That was few years ago. Even if you pay few more $ it is still worth it. I run a huge custom front mount and on a 95 degree day I run at 170.
