Radio installation plate

I know you can get them easy enough, but does anyone have a preference to a particular adapter plate? I am putting in a typical pioneer supertuner III.
It was in my son's car...part of the memorial...

There used to be a metal kit sold, I don't remember the brand, but that was m preference.

i see too many radios around here sticking out for no reason,there is plenty of room for a flush mount,the ONLY company that makes a flush kit for our cars still is ;american international kit # gmk-432 or gmk432ex1.below is pic of kit mounted in my t.any stereo shop can order this kit for you.
