They were using AOL to get there email and I have informed AOL that they are being used to commit a crime. I hope that will get there attention.

Try calling 305- 4- police , thats the number for non emergencys.

Cleared it out, as far as a name no I didnt, and when I saw the call on my cell phone it was a private call. Like I said, yesterday we passed by and told what we think was the mother of the girl that she has a warent out for hher arrest and the that fbi was gonna get involved in next. Looks like this is gonna get resolved soon.

No problem, forgot to include some other detail that I guess was the girls husband that called me, he said that he got it the friday we went, and that tomorrow it was gonna clear, and how he couldnt send you something with out the money first clearing.


And for you to show him the warrent out for her arrest and that he would be more then happy to send you your money back. <== We kinda made that part up to scare them a little unless you already did do that.

I sent a money order nothing to clear about that. About the warrent I am waiting for the detective to call me back from the Miami-Dade police department. So, no warrent yet but I will proboly have one around the first of November. If I recieve my money back by then. Then I will call and have the charges droped.

By the way all four other people have called and filed charges aswell. NICE:~}

Yeah we just used a lil scare tactic to see if they would just give us the money and be done with it, but Like I told the mom and bf on the phone today, Im just the messanger, dont shoot me.

i talked to a miami-dade fraud prevention guy he said internet fraud is handel'd by the F.B.I. hay zarovich keep bugging them until you get some action going on
