I'm considering moving my methanol to the rear of my Typhoon as the current setup with the washer fluid doesn't seem to be ideal. With the low level indicator at the front of the reservoir under hard launches it's setting off the low level indicator with it being over half full. Also, for the same reason I'm not sure I like the pickup tube on the front corner of the reservoir.

Got any ideas for me?

I did a truck some time ago, what we did was eliminate the ABS and mounted the tank there. Doing so made the nipple exit the rear of the tank.

There is a new style float in the tanks. They are on the front instead of on the top. They all will bounce more in methanol as it is way lighter than water by 20%.

Has to do with specific gravity and the ability of items to float in it.

You can do a trunk/bed setup. I'll be doing a Syclone here in the next few weeks.

Here's a Lex I did,

Fuel cells are big $$ due to costs involved.

I might have a new tank one gallon i'll be testing soon. It is vertical mount, possible fit in the drivers side where the factory air inlet was.

The ABS is already gone in my truck. I think I want to try to mount a 1 or 2 (possibly more) gallon fuel cell in the rear with the pump relocated to the frame rail right below it and a high pressure line running to the nozzle on the intake. I'll do some more research and get back as my low level indicator comes on after just a few blasts thanks to it sloshing to the back of the tank. So it's pretty well worthless because I have WELL over half a tank left when it comes on so I don't know if I'm actually running low or not.

Does your tank have the float on the front or top? You can try the frontal float style tank if thats your only concern. Also there may be the option to do a one gallon on the drivers side front. But thats only 20 ounces more than the stock tank.

It's the top style. It's on the driver's side already. After I go swap out this T3/T4 for a GT35R I plan to relocate the battery to the rear and do something with the intake being where the battery is now so I might have room for an even larger tank as well.

If you want to try out one of the different style float tanks... give me a call.
