Do they make a 3 inch stainless without the wastegate puck? I have a gate on the crossover, so i don't want the puck. Or can i just let the thing flap around? Thanks

you can't let it flap around but you can tighten the actuator and disconnect the wastegate hose and it won't work anymore.

I don't want an actuator on the turbo, so do you know where i can get a dp without the puck?

ATR might be able to make a plate to cover the wastegate hole, using their copper gasket program. You could sandwhich the plate between the DP and turbo.

ATR would also be the best source for a new downpipe without an wastegate provision, since their external gate DP's would need minimal mods for this.
