OK... so when I turn my left blinker on the front works fine but both left and right rear flash. Turn on my right blinker and the front works fine but both rear flash. Now when I turn on my headlights and use either blinker they both work as they should. Emergency flashers work as they should. All bulbs are good. Possible turn signal flasher???

Light ground by battery on inner fender hooked up?
Checked all grounds and seem to be good. All bulbs are good. When headlights are on everything works as it should which is also telling me all grounds are good. Just when headlights are off all blinkers flash when turn signal is left or right. Is there something in the headlight switch possibly
