Rear end wiggle

I changed my rear end cover with one from TA girdled one , put new 80 -90 wt oil and about 2 oz of PT additive , I noticed when I kick my car now it wants to wiggle some and it never did it before I changed the cover and fluid , does it sound like I need more PT additive . I am thinking the clutches are biting too hard .and not slipping under torque . Does this sounds right . Any ideas ?

Actually in all seriousness I think the proper fill is 4 oz. I checked the manual and found this as well (Line #7 is interesting)
