I guess I m not seeing what adjustability you are getting out of the uppers vs having adjustable lowers? you are still working off of a single pivot point whether its on the top or bottom of the axle.

as far as articulation,,,,, I took care of that when I put a DSE sway bar on it that ties the axle to the frame .....that set up eliminates it and works as advertised.

I use Spohn boxed lowers and adjustable uppers. Getting to them to adjust the angle was simple.

either uppers or lowers can be used to adjust pinion
the lowers control the front to rear position as well as the thrust angle .
the uppers are angled and they control axle position side to side in the frame eliminating the need for a panhard rod

Thanks for the replies, good healthy debate.
I am going to purchase these unless someone has had a bad experience with them.

If need be I will go to adj uppers later down the road
This is what you want. It will allow for centering of the rear end in the wheel wells and articulation. You will also want to purchase spherical bushings that install in place of the original bushings in the differential housing.

The other reason you need uppers to be adjustable is to adjust preload.
