Rear seat braces

I have been staring at these things for over half a year. My impression was I did not have to drill holes, just bolt them in. No matter what configuration, I can seem to make it work. They are numbered from 1-4. Anyone have any closeup shots of this done, the search engine pics are vague. Can't tell exactly how they are installed. Picture diagrams work for me too. Any help is appreciated. Need to get all this tiny loose end stuff done soon.

Will take photos tomorrow, I have the car interior out. You will have to drill.

Yup you will have to drill but nothing that really ruins the car. The tricky part is drilling the lower holes, you pretty much have to set your drill on the floor of the trunk to get the proper angle.
